Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Obtaining a Return Shipping Label:

  • Defective products: Download and print a label. (Free return shipping)

  • Customer remorse: You are responsible for the return shipping cost.


Return Fees:

  • Defective products: free return shipping and no restocking fee.

  • Customer Remorse: You are responsible for the actual cost of return shipping and a no restocking fee.



Exchanges:

While you cover the return shipping cost to send the original item back to us, we'll send your new item free of charge! This offer is limited to one exchange per order.



Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please allow additional processing time by your bank or credit card company.

Order Cancellation Policy

If the order is cancelled because of unavailability or any other reason, we will refund the full amount to the bank card.
